The Impact of Fictitious Employment on the Labor Market Requirements- An Applied Study on Commercial Establishments in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate

Abstract
Objectives: This research aims to identify the impact of fictitious employment on the labor market requirements through the fictitious employment variables (operating variables, productivity level, legal requirements). To answer the research questions, a survey was used as a primary data collection tool to obtain the data. The sample consisted of 101 company managers, their deputies, department heads, and specialists. Methods: The researcher employed various descriptive methods, including the Mean, Standard Deviations, Alpha Cronbach, and ANVOA Test. The research also used statistical analysis software (SPSS) to analyze the data. Results: The findings showed a significant effect of fictitious employment, operating variables, the level of productivity, and legal variables on the labor market requirements. Conclusion: The study presented some recommendations about strengthening the treatments caused by fake employment and its impact on serving the labor market, strengthening partnership between universities and institutes and between companies to meet the requirements of scientific and technical companies and according to the required skills, continuing the policy of supporting nationalization, and rehabilitating old national workers according to market requirements. Work, raising the level of legal follow-up to implement the elements of the law related to Emiratisation in its various aspects, linking the subsidy program for families with development training programs for skills and professions, establishing a fund to support the process in a way that achieves the development of local jobs.
