Abstract

Explanation of the reasons for the difference in the saying of Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (may God have mercy on him), the jurisprudential application on it, knowledge of the issues in which his saying differed and the cause of the difference are forty separate issues on the chapters of jurisprudence. This includes sixteen issues in purity, fifteen in transactions, nine issues separated between marriage and foods. The cause of the dispute does not depart from the reasons mentioned in the plan, the lateness of his two sayings, and an explanation of the most correct of them.
