Abstract
Development shall be promoted by instigating the production of the employees of the banks to encourage the clients to purchase the development services in order to support their activities which matter is done by offering gifts according to the legal and Sharia restrictions in order to achieve the development but without breaching the governance for which the gifts offered by the banks to their employees. This should be defined as well as classified by types in addition to stating at the Sharia opinion for gifting and accepting the gift as well as the source of the gifts of the employees and their restrictions legally and jurisprudentially by establishing restrictions for offering the same in addition to evaluating them through the recent applications on which they are downloaded in order to arrive at their Sharia opinion and the identification of their counterparts. Further, the results and recommendations of the study of the same shall be stated.
