Abstract
In this research, I dealt with the issue of Fiqh criticism according to the Malikis, its fields and its divisions, and I combined through it three essential issues. The first is Fiqh, juristic, criticism as a compact contemporary term, and I showed that the early jurists practiced criticism in their works, but they replaced it with words including: evaluation, refinement, pruning, and so on. As for the contemporaries, they tried to approach its meaning by referring to the works of their predecessors to extract its connotations. The second of them are its fields, and through it I have roamed in the fields of knowledge that were touched by the criticism of the Malikis. It is used by the scholars of the sect in its scrutiny of its origins and branches in order to strengthen its structure methodologically and cognitively, and to respond to the allegations and suspicions of other sects.
