Abstract

The study aims to know the possibility of using artificial intelligence systems in Jordan Islamic banks from employees' perspective. It includes three banks: Jordan Islamic Bank for Finance and Investment, Islamic International Arab Bank and Safwa Islamic Bank. The study also aims to explain the impact of artificial intelligence within its three dimensions (expert systems, knowledge representation and inference, and automatic learning) as independent variables for improving the quality of banking services in Jordan Islamic banks within their five dimensions (reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and tangibles) as dependent variables. To achieve the research objectives, I designed a questionnaire, the number of its members is (150) samples that includes three dimensions of artificial intelligence: expert systems, knowledge representation and inference and automatic learning. I will distribute it to administrative staff working at Jordan Islamic banks including managers, assistant managers, heads of departments, supervisors, and monitors. I will adopt the descriptive and analytical approach. The researcher seeks to analyze the questionnaire by using SPSS to examine the impact of artificial intelligence on the quality of services in Jordan Islamic banks within their five dimensions. The researcher will see if the research result is in line with the expectations that it is possible to apply artificial intelligence to improve the quality of banking services in Jordan Islamic banks in highly competitive banking work and develop these services. Further, the finding will show if artificial intelligence contributes to strengthening the position of Islamic banks in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan leading to their expansion and increasing their spread. Thus, there will be more attraction of customers and an increase in market shares in the world of finance.
