Abstract
Objectives: This study aims to clarify the personal aspects of the scholar Musa Bin Ali that qualified him to be a divine scholar and an effective statesman. Methodology: The historical approach is utilized by tracing the different stages of the life of the scholar Musa Bin Ali, and the inductive approach is used to collect scientific material related to the aspects of his religious and scientific personality. Also, the analytical and deductive approach are applied to analyze the important positions and aspects in the life of this scholar to extract and deduce the qualities and features that influence the different aspects of the state and society. Conclusion: Musa bin Ali is considered the reference of his time in fatwa, and he was distinguished by a unique deductive mentality, which appeared through many issues in which he worked hard and distinguished himself within. He had a prominent and effective political role in the different historical stages, as he participated in the group of the people of solution and contract for a period, then he led the people of solution and contract and their presidency; he even had a direct role in the administration of the state and bore the burdens of the position of Imam. He was also assigned the position of judge and then the presidency of the judges, and during that he was characterized by caution and piety and depth of understanding and knowledge and accuracy in deducing the way out of the judicial issue presented, the different roles undertaken by the scholar Musa bin Ali revealed maturity and depth of awareness in the jurisprudence of Islamic politics and political jurisprudence in his view.
