Analyzing the Grammatical Opinions in Which Tha’lab Al-Kasa’i Disagreed with the Nominatives and Accusative Cases and Giving Priority to them

Abstract
Objectives: This research aims to clarify the opinions the grammar in which Tha'lab al-Kasa'i disagreed for nominatives and accusatives, and an analysis of the grammatical opinions in which Thalab al-Kisa'i disagreed with the nominatives and accusatives and their weighting. Methods: The study adopts a descriptive, analytical, and evaluative methodology by extracting the grammatical opinions in which Tha'lab al-Kasa'i regarding the nominative and accusative cases, as documented in the book (Majalis Tha'lab). These opinions are analyzed, and reasoned preferences are established. The research relies on (Majalis Tha'lab) as it encompasses a collection of scholarly discussions that addressed numerous grammatical issues among linguists. The study adheres to systematic scientific research methods and methodology to achieve its objectives. Conclusions: The study reached the following results, the most important of which is that the nominatives according to Thalab and al-Kisa'i, where they presented opinions on some nominatives, may be in violation of the traditional grammatical rule, such as the nominative case. The verb after "that" or "but" does not necessarily follow the rules prescribed in traditional grammar schools such as the Basrans or Kufans, Al-Kasa'i's accusative cases violated some of the rules for accusative cases in certain cases, such as objects or subjunctive objects, as he relied on applying different rules sometimes when interpreting.
