Abstract

The aim of this research is to shed light on some aspects of the jurisprudence of contemporary issues for the Moroccan Maliki scholars from the the fifth to the fifteenth century AH. First, it will discos its importance and characteristics by exploring some practical examples of some Maliki scholars as fatawi al-Wancharissi and others. Than, it will clarify the most important features of the method used to deal with these emerging incidents in the Islamic jurisprudence and history. For a deep understanding of the topic, the research considers the theoritical and the practical sides of the issue. It also gives examples of contemporary incidents in the Moroccan real life situations through "ijtihad", "Fatwa" (ruling) and the judiciary high lighting the excellence and the muthenticity in the process and has they were adapted and applied i the everyday life situations society. More over, it sheds light on some aspects Islamic jurisprudence, architecture and civilization in dealing with The issue.
