Training needs for sciences teachers in primary stage in state of Kuwait and its relationship with level of career achievement

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the level of training needs of science teachers for the primary stage in the State of Kuwait from their point of view, and to know the level of achievement of the career teachers of science for the primary stage in the State of Kuwait from their point of view, and in order to achieve the goals of the study was developed questionnaire distributed on (529) teachers of science in the primary stage in the district of Al-Ahmadi in Kuwait, and the study found that the level of training needs and the level of achievement of the career teachers of science for the primary stage in Kuwait from their point of view was high. There were statistically significant differences In the primary stage in the State of Kuwait due to the variables of scientific qualification, experience and training courses, and found a positive correlative relation between the level of training needs of science teachers for the primary stage in Kuwait and their job achievement from their point of view Based on the results, the study recommended the need to review the planning of training programs during service, and the need to respond to the real training needs of science teachers, and to involve teachers and teachers in the design and implementation of training programs.
