Abstract
This study dealt with the impact of after-sales services on achieving competitive advantage as a field study on some electrical tool’s companies in El-Obeid city. The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The study followed the descriptive and analytical approach to analyze the data. The study reached several results, including: The study showed that there is a relative gender equality between the customers of electrical products companies in North Kordofan state, that the age of more than half of them are young people, and that most of the customers of electrical products companies are university students. That the average number of times to purchase devices is more than three times. It recommended that electrical companies pay attention to the warranty process on their devices to ensure a competitive advantage.
