The Reasons of Imigration of Human Resources in Palestine from University Students Perspective

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the reasons behind the migration of human resources in Palestine from the point of view of university students. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive method was used. The study population consisted of all the students of Palestine Technical University Khadouri / Ramallah branch in the second semester of the academic year 2019-2018, where they had the number of (850) students. A class sample was made up of (250) students. The results of the study showed that the awareness of students on the subject of migration of human resources in the Arab world came to a medium degree, also showed that there are no statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of gender and academic level; while indicating the existence of statistically significant differences attributed to the degree variable for the benefit of the bachelor level, and the existence of statistically significant differences attributed to the variable place of residence between the students of the city and the village in light of the results of the study. The researcher recommended the need to occupy jobs with the appropriate human cadres in terms of academic and professional skills, as well as work to combat administrative corruption to eliminate cronyism and mediation to ensure employment based on efficiency, and work to improve the level of income and appreciation of the role of human competencies in the development process.
