Abstract
This study aimed to identify the role of the employees' efficiency in the relationship between internal social responsibility and the perceived mental image of employees in service companies operating in Sudan. The study used the descriptive approach, as it relied on the non probabilistic ( convenient )sample. A questionnaire was designed to collect data, where (260) questionnaires were distributed and (243) were recovered from them, with a response rate of (93%). The study model was built and the hypotheses were developed based on previous studies. Path analysis and structural equation modeling were also used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that there is no relationship between internal social responsibility and the perceived mental image of employees, and that the efficiency of employees does not explain the relationship between proactive social responsibility and the perceived mental image of employees. The study recommended working on the development of human resources in the field of raising efficiency and skill through conducting effective training programs that allow all employees to benefit from those capabilities and skills in supporting their practical activities.
