Abstract

This research aims to highlight the importance of adopting the culture of corporate Social Responsibility. The conviction of corporate members, especially the top management, contributes to the diffusion of awareness of social responsibility and adoption of Sustainable Development principles for all members of the company including other stakeholders. The Sustainable Development, with its multiple aspects, is especially important for the corporation, more than any other stakeholder. This necessitates the creation of a Sustainable Corporation that seeks to achieve the balance between economic prosperity, social integrity and environmental responsibility.
