Abstract
The problem of food deficit in the Arab world is linked to the fragmentation of the Arab world and the lack of integrated strategic development planning at the national level, especially in the agricultural field. While the regional and international economic bloc has become a tool for economic and social development, and even economic and political unity, the Arab countries have not yet managed to escape from controlling the Qatari character of their economic development plans, which has prevented the Arab world from exploitation. Full of available natural, human and financial resources, which has resulted in poor production efficiency and increased food gap in most Arab countries.
