Abstract
Objectives: The study aimed to identify the role of electronic human resources management in improving the performance of employees. The importance of the study was to introduce the electronic human resources management and the extent of its positive role in the performance of the work of organizations, taking employees in the branch of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture as a sample for the study. Methods: The study used the descriptive and analytical approach based on the questionnaire as a tool for the study and through the study methodology and its tool. Results: The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the existence of a statistically significant effect of the use of electronic human resources management practices on the performance of employees, the existence of a statistically significant impact of the training courses and development system in improving the performance of employees in the branch of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in Najran region, and the existence of a statistically significant impact of the application of electronic human resources management practices in enhancing the role of training in improving the performance of employees. Conclusions: The study recommended a number of recommendations, most notably: working to benefit from electronic human resources practices in organizations in creating a positive work environment, working to support the assistance of electronic human resources practices organizations in achieving institutional excellence, conducting a continuous evaluation of the reality of supporting electronic human resources practices organizations in achieving quality performance, urging employees at the branch of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in Najran region to participate in identifying their training needs.
