Abstract

Objectives: This research aimed to discover the following aims: the general characteristic of the quality in light of some demographic variables among women working at Imam Mahdi University, verifying the existence of a relationship between the quality of life and the educational level of women working at Imam Mahdi University, identifying the differences in the quality of life of working women at Imam Mahdi University due to the variable of marital status and identifying the differences in the quality of life of working women at Imam Mahdi University due to the age variable. Methods: To achieve this goal the researchers used the descriptive correlational method, for collecting data the researchers used primary data form, quality of life scale was prepared by (Joan Ismail, 2021). The research sample is 50 working women, the data manipulated by statistical package for social science (SPSS). Results: The result is as follows: the general trait of the quality of life among working women in Elimam Elmahdi University is high. There is no relationship between the quality of life and the educational level among working women in Elimam Elmahdi University. There are no statistical differences in the quality of life among working women in Elimam Elmahdi University attributing to marital status. There are statistical differences in the quality-of-life attributing to the age among working women in Elimam Elmahdi University in favor of older age. Conclusions: At the end of the research, the researchers made recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of continuous training for working women in fields of adjustment and vocational development.
