Empowering Human Resources and its Relationship to the Achievement and Innovation of Hospitality Sector Employees

Abstract
Objectives: The current research focuses on studying the correlation between empowerment, achievement and innovation and the impact of empowerment on achievement and innovation motivation. This study contributes to increasing employees' motivation for achievement and innovation by delegating employees with some powers, enabling them to make decisions and contributing to setting some operational and strategic goals. This research assumes that there is a huge development in the hospitality sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Vision 2030. Methods: To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and it was applied to a sample of (146) hospitality sector employees in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region. Results: The results of analyzing the study data show that there is a positive, statistically significant correlation at the significance level (alpha less than or equla 0.05) between the level of empowerment and the level of achievement among hospitality sector employees in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, and between the level of empowerment and the level of innovation among hospitality sector employees in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region. Conclusion: Based on these results, the study concluded that empowering human resources helps organizations and companies enhance employee loyalty and belonging to them, which helps increase job satisfaction among employees when they are given greater value by their managers and contribute to decision-making, whether daily decisions for operational operations or strategic decisions.
