The Impact of Organizational Justice on Achieving Organizational Citizenship Behavior- A Case Study of Khazon Building Materials Company (Hail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

Abstract
Objectives: This study aimed to identify the impact of organizational justice in its dimensions (distributive, procedural, and interactional) on achieving organizational citizenship behavior at Khazon Building Materials Company. Methods: The study employed a descriptive analytical approach and was based on a sample comprising all employees in the company (70 employees). The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. Results: The study found that there is a significant attention to the dimensions of organizational justice, with a relative importance rate of 81.44%, indicating that the company's employees have a strong sense of organizational justice. There is also a notable interest in organizational citizenship behavior within the company, with a relative importance rate of 79.22%, reflecting a high level of commitment and positive behaviors among employees towards the company. Organizational justice explains 81.9% of the variations in organizational citizenship behavior among the company's employees, indicating a strong and influential effect of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behaviors. Conclusion: The study recommended focusing on enhancing interactional justice due to its importance to employees by implementing training programs for leaders to improve communication skills and enhance transparency in daily interactions. It also suggested continuing to promote organizational citizenship behaviors by encouraging employees to volunteer, actively participate, adhere to policies and schedules, and defend the company's reputation, which will contribute to enhancing the spirit of belonging and institutional loyalty. Additionally, it emphasized the need to strengthen and effectively implement the principles of organizational justice as part of the management strategy, which will contribute to improving overall commitment and performance of the company.
