Abstract
Objectives: This study aimed to identify the factors affecting electronic payment in Jordanian commercial banks from the point of view of customers. Methods: To achieve the goal of the study, the study followed the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of (233) customers in Jordanian commercial banks, and after conducting statistical analysis from During the (SPSS) program and using the multiple regression equation. Results: The results showed that means of protection and security are among the most influential factors on electronic payment from the customers' point of view, followed by awareness and culture in second place, and finally in third place were human resources. Conclusion: In light of the results, the study provided a set of recommendations, most notably: the need to focus on facilitating work procedures and reducing the time taken to provide services to clients by motivating employees and granting them the necessary empowerment to perform their tasks with quality. Additionally, it emphasized the importance of directing all bank employees to ensure that they treat clients with respect.
