The Impact of Spiritual Leadership on Organizational Creativity at the Audit Bureau in Jordan: A Case Study

Abstract
Objectives: The study aimed to identify the impact of spiritual leadership on organizational innovation at the Audit Bureau in Jordan. Methods: The study followed the descriptive analytical approach; the study population consisted of all employees of the Audit Bureau in Jordan, numbering (454) employees the entire study population was considered the study sample and the number of valid responses for analysis reached (370) individuals. Results: The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the study reached several results, the most prominent of which were: that the relative importance of spiritual leadership and all its dimensions (vision, hope/faith, altruism) was high, and that the relative importance of organizational creativity and all its dimensions (fluency, flexibility, originality, sensitivity problems) was high, and the study also showed that there was a statistically significant impact at the level (alpha <_ 0.05) of practicicing of spiritual leadership in its dimensions (vision, hope/faith, altruism) on organizational innovation in its dimensions (fluency, flexibility, originality, sensitivity to problems) At the Audit Bureau in Jordan. Conclusions: Based on these results, the study recommends to exert more efforts to deepen the concept of spiritual leasership among administrative leaders at theAudit Bureau and the mechanism of practicing it by holding training courses that help achieving this and providing the related literature in this field. As well, more efforts to be made by the leadership of the Audit Bureau to survey employees’ opinions about the vision of the Audit Bureau, and this will be done by opening and strengthening more than one channel of communication and communication.
