Abstract

Objectives: The study examines the impact of cloud computing adoption on business performance. The study aimed to analyze and classify the contributions of the studies published in the cloud computing field. The cloud literature is analyzed systematically from the management and business points of view. The review is limited to journal articles and papers published between 2013 and 2024. Methods: Based on the PRISMA methodological guide, mixed quantitative and qualitative methods were used. Results: The study concluded that there is an effect of cloud computing adoption on performance in the sample of articles studied and that there is a positive relationship between most dimensions of cloud computing adoption by SMEs and performance dimensions. Conclusions: The study recommended the necessity of paying attention to Cloud computing technology because of its effective role on performance first and then completing work with the required efficiency and effectiveness.
