Islamic Work Ethic and its Positive Impact on the Individual and the Organization

Abstract
God's creature creation, human and ordered to work and seek in the land; for the reconstruction and spend his needs, and to dispense with work yoke question, in order, he urged all religions, all the work and dedication in it. When Sharia and religion orthodox was inspired by the sky from the presence of the Lord of heaven and earth, to the Prophet Muhammad bin Abdullah, peace be upon him, the keenness of the Islamic religion on the need to uphold the moral orthodoxy and ideals and respect for the customs and traditions and lofty principles, that the human head to morals and distancing it from every blemish and taking out and slander. The ethics precious are those sorts of good, which is integrated to be a Muslim human figure, which is an integral whole; as Islam totalitarian religion principles and values. Justice, honesty, honesty, commitment, and loyalty, and pride, dignity, and magnanimity, courage and bravery, and many others, during the whole Muslim character to be in public life ... If we dealt with the ethics at work, we find that the sense of a Muslim worker ethics of Islam is necessary, correct its action, achieve success and Rashad organizations and institutions at all levels. If they ingest the Muslim Islamic work ethic, and could be applied in the field of work, and committed to the institution members of the ethics of Islam, from the perspective of worker and employee principles of goodness and truth, justice and self-monitoring and a commitment to working hours faith, integrity, etc., for our return so clearly on individuals, groups, organizations and institutions differing backgrounds and types; therefore stands this research to study the impact of the Islamic action on the individual and community ethic, the scientific vision of an Islamic spirit. The study aimed at revealing the impact of work ethic in Islam and its reflection on individuals and institutions positively and negatively. Since the study needs to be described and analyzed, the study resorted to descriptive analytical methodology; to study the impact of work ethic in Islam on the individual and society. The study found that the Islamic religion urges the correct creation, and calls for the high ethics, and that the Muslim stroll about what is contrary to the values and principles and religious and societal norms, and that this represents a division of the people of Islam, just as Islam is concerned with ethics in general, , And this is what is called by the Sharia glue; from the ethics of the grandfather and sincerity in work, integrity, and away from the habits such as cronyism, bribery, negligence and others.
