The Impact of Banking Financing on Foreign Trade Operations An Empirical Study on Some Banks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia For the period from 2005 to 2015

Abstract
The study seeks to identify the impact and the role of the Saudi banking sector in supporting and financing of foreign trade operations, delegation was used statistical analysis methods to measure the hypotheses based on the statistical packages (spss), in order to answer questions and verify hypotheses. This has led development, which included all areas at the international level, openness to global markets, and the extension of its activity and therefore the laws has evolved, in line with the new economic variables, even help trader’s economists to complete their international transactions in the required manner, and to achieve the goal for which they were erected, they learn how to conduct such transactions and techniques to help control. However, foreign trade operations are not without risk which arises according to the geographical distance between the exporter and the importer, and the lack of confidence, as well as the different regulations and laws in force in each country, to avoid such problems and put bank guarantees to ensure that all the parties are dealt with the duties stipulated in the contract. The most important results expected from the study is to provide the client parties in foreign trade, and the required procedures, and banking regulations governing the work of the information in this vital activity is important. The study found that there was a weak and inverse correlation between funding and growth rate where the degree of significance was greater than 5%, and the existence of a relationship of statistical significance between funding and growth rate at a level of significance less than 5% As for the inflation rates, the results showed that there is no relationship between inflation and growth rate, The existence of a relationship of statistical significance between imports and growth rate where the degree of morale is less than 5%, there is also a statistically significant correlation between exports and growth rate, where the morale is less than 5%, and the relation between the values of exports and imports is weak and inverse where the degree of morale is greater than 5%.
