Abstract
The issue of electronic transactions between banking banks addresses the situation of Algeria, shows us the great importance of banking systems, especially the financial transactions that distinguish them from other economic transactions, their effectiveness in keeping pace with the progress of development at the global level, and the role played by the Algerian government by adopting several Projects for the development and modernization of banking services to support economic finance, and its ability to achieve stability and economic balance. We also conducted an analytical study of financial transactions between banks in Algeria, from clearing, to remote clearing through the settlement Of electronic access to the results we have adopted in the end, to make suggestions and recommendations on this subject.
