Abstract
In this study, we aim to identify the contribution of re-engineering of human resources to provide and strengthening of High performance of systems or practices by surveying the views of managers in some economic institutions in Biskra. Therefore, this study will contribute to define the managers of the institutions investigated to the process reengineering method, and the changes that they make in the management of human resources, whether technological, structural, technical or human, as well as the practices of the high performance work systems resulting from the modernization and development of this institution. The study showed that there is a statistically significant impact of human resources re-engineering and its dimensions in strengthening the high performance work systems in the institutions studied, where explanatory capacity is acceptable, where human resources re-engineering accounted for 21.3% of high performance work systems. Therefore, this study suggests to the institutions searched to apply the re-engineering of human resources system in the event that the institutions are really interested in achieving distinguished results in the excellence of this method, which will not be easy to implement under the current conditions of the institutions unless the appropriate situation is provided to implement it and eliminate obstacles that prevent it.
