The Employees' Attitudes about the Role of the Internal Work Environment Achieving Managerial Innovation: Case Study in the Directorate of Local Administration of Ghardaia - Algeria

Abstract
The aim of the study was to identify the employees' attitudes about the role of the internal work environment (centralization of decisions, prevailing organizational culture, communication, training, administrative leadership, incentive system and rewards) on administrative innovation in the Directorate of Local Administration in Ghardaia. The study was based on the analysis of the questionnaire data on the SPSS program and the use of a number of statistical methods. The study reached the following results: • There is a weak positive correlation between the internal work environment and administrative creativity in the Directorate of Local Administration. • The existence of a significant impact of the centrality of decisions and organizational culture and administrative leadership on administrative innovation. • There were no differences between the average responses of the sample members on the internal work environment and the level of administrative creativity in the Directorate of Local Administration due to the personal and functional variables (gender, age, career level, years of experience, scientific qualification).
