Assessing the Quality of the Nursing Care Service from the Perspective of Patients in Sudanese Hospitals

Abstract
The present study aimed at assessing the quality of nursing service from the point of view of the hypnotized patients in Sudanese hospitals. The study used a random proportionate Stratified Sample method. The sample consists of a number of private and public hospitals. The questionnaire was distributed to (150) individuals. After the analysis, the study concluded that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) towards the level of the quality of the actual nursing care service, according to the gender variable, as well as statistically significant differences according to the type of the hospital. The study reached a number of recommendations, including the necessity commitment of the r private and public hospitals in Sudan to adhere to the standards of nursing care, and follow-up from the specialized authorities as well as to eliminate the differences in the commitment between these hospitals, and establishing a managerial unit in these hospitals concerned with quality issues, to follow the implementation of the standards for health care services, as well as determining a continuous response to them to identify and address the weaknesses in order to improve the quality of nursing care services
