The Impact of Knowledge Management Processes on Organizational Excellence in Jordanian Commercial Banks

Abstract
This study aimed to explore the impact of the knowledge management process through (knowledge discovery, sharing, capture and application) on organizational excellence from the dimensions of (leadership, structure, strategic culture and subordinates) in the case of Jordanian commercial banks. Where the study population (1900) employees in the upper and middle management, the researcher used the method of random stratified proportional sampling where (420) questionnaires were distributed, (394) were retrieved, while the valid questionnaires were (371). Therefore, the ratio of the number of valid was (88%). The study findings revealed the following: There is a significant impact of the different dimensions of knowledge management processes (knowledge discovery, capture, sharing, and application) on organizational excellence in terms of combined dimensions (strategic, organizational, leadership, subordinates and culture excellence) in Jordanian commercial banks. The study reached several recommendations, the most important of which are the following: Holding workshops for employees (subordinates) in which knowledge is exchanged and the study of modern market strategies, whether inside or outside the Kingdom. Keep up with and exceed the highest levels of global experience, and increase the mechanism of exchange of knowledge and gain experience for subordinates and reduce the difference of centralization in the banking sector.
