Abstract
This research study aimed to identify the impact of the application of total quality management, in the smart organization on computer information systems companies. The main field of this study included (39) computer information systems companies in Jordan. Furthermore, the importance of this study is to link the elements of total quality in the construction and industry of the smart organization, a requirement for continuous linkage and achieve continuous improvements and build a competitive advantage that enables it to survive and quick access to customers. Therefore, the study aimed at demonstrating the impact of the application of total quality standards to reach the smart organization. After analyzing the data and testing the hypotheses, the study reached many conclusions. Therefore, if the smart organizations seek to be organizations with a great competitive advantage, they should install these changes in their roots to become a process rooted in building the foundations and solid rules through the introduction of all assistive technologies and foundations of modern management. Finally, this researcher has concluded many recommendations, most notably, that smart organizations should start applying quality standards effectively and practically while continuing to improve their continuous performance for the purpose of continuity and sustainability in making these organizations smart and distinct among similar organizations .
