Abstract

The current study aimed at identifying the Impact of Cloud Management in Developing Smart Organization Case Study: Ministry of Health in Kuwait. The researchers have applied the descriptive analytical approach, and have also developed a questionnaire as a tool for data gathering .The study sample has been selected using simple random sampling consisting of (136) respondents. The results of the study showed that the cloud management was of a high level, in addition to the high level of smart organization development in the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health.The results also showed a strong correlation of statistically significant relationship between the cloud management with its dimensions (process automation, information security, performance monitoring) and the development of the smart organization with its dimensions (continuous learning, environmental adaptation, knowledge transfer) in the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health. Consequently, the current study has concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which were developing a strategy that supports the continuous raising of the efficiency of cloud management components, by providing the latest necessary equipment and technologies, and developing a strategy that supports the continuous development of employee skills in various ways such as conducting training workshops with advanced tools, and increasing communication between employees at all administrative levels to exchange Experiences and knowledge on an ongoing basis.
