Abstract
The research aimed to identify the effect of Implementing Smart Government Initiative in United Arab Emirates on the Users Happiness with the Quality Service as Intermediate Variable. The study population included the public benefiting from the services provided by the smart government of the UAE (citizens, institutions and companies). The sample consisted of (400) respondents. The study concluded that the application of the UAE Smart Government initiative has an effect on the happiness of users with the quality of service as an intermediate variable. It was found that the responses of the sample were positive and with high degree of approval towards the paragraphs covered by the three variables Smart Government, happiness of users, quality of service. The research recommended the need to continue to promote trends towards the transition to the full implementation of the smart government in the United Arab Emirates, which is able to facilitate the process of providing services to the beneficiaries over the course of the timetable.
