Abstract
The study aimed to determine the impact of administrative leadership on the performance of employees through building work teams, providing motivation and the pattern of supervision in order to improve the performance of employees. The study followed the descriptive approach and the analytical approach that relies on data derived from the case study approach, in which the random sample was relied upon, which includes leaders, administrators and workers of Dall Group for Food Industries - Sudan Khartoum Bahri. Among the most important findings of the study: Achieving fairness in dealing pushes workers at Dall Group for Food Industries to raise the level of performance. The merit principle in promotion aims to improve employee performance. Encouraging the manager drives the employees of the Dal Group for Food Industries to accomplish their work efficiently. Working in a team facilitates administrative tasks. Among the most important recommendations: The manager should encourage employees to participate in decision-making, which drives them to achieve the goals of the organization. The school in the Dal Group for Food Industries must not differentiate between the members of the work team. The business risk premium and compensation must be satisfactory. Work to make the work environment attractive, which increases workers' love for their work.
