Abstract
The study aimed to identify the effect of the green tourism product in stimulating foreign tourism in the ancient Jerash city. The study population consisted of the tourism offices in the ancient city of Jerash. The study sample was chosen from the tourist guides working in these offices in the city. Approximately (50) questionnaires were distributed by the method. Randomization and (37) questionnaires were adopted for statistical analysis. The descriptive and analytical method and multiple linear regression test were used to test the hypotheses. The study showed an impact of the green tourism product in stimulating foreign tourism to the ancient city of Jerash. It was also found that the sample responses were positive and with a high degree of approval on the symbolic aspect of the green tourism product, the tangible material aspect of the green tourism product, the green support services and the human factor. The study recommended the adoption of a long-term strategy to show the symbolic aspect of the green tourism product as one of the most important pillars in the revitalization of foreign tourism in the ancient city of Jerash, by giving the element of religious connection to the green tourist place of the Jerash tourist city the importance it deserves.
