Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the impact of the compensation strategies on organizational performance excellence, and to identify the reality of applying compensation strategies in the industrial companies operating in Al-Hussein Bin Abdullah II Industrial City / Karaka Governorate. The study was applied to a sample of (170) employees who were randomly selected from (7) Companies were intentionally chosen out of (11) operating companies in the industrial city, and (4) companies were excluded for not responding to the research subject, and multiple linear regression was used to examine the study hypotheses. The study concluded that the expansion and interest of industrial companies in compensation strategies and their continuous development contributes to achieving distinction in their organizational performance by enhancing leadership styles and achieving distinction in its personnel and distinction in activities related to operations, products and services, and to the existence of a variation in the impact of compensation strategies (Direct and indirect compensations) for the achievement of excellence in organizational performance, as it was found that direct compensation strategies are the most influential, as it explained the industrial companies ’keenness to compensate their workers by offering a package of benefits and rewards that meet their living requirements, which leads to improving the performance and excellence of workers. In the work environment within their organizations. The study recommended emphasizing the importance of expanding and increasing the interest of industrial companies operating in Al-Hussein Bin Abdullah II Industrial City / Karak Governorate in compensation strategies due to their importance in achieving distinction in their organizational performance, especially in the distinction of their employees, which leads them to distinguish all their organizational activities and increase the efficiency and quality of their products, Which contributes to increasing its profits.
