Abstract
In this paper; we will explain the problem of supporting very small, small and medium-sized enterprise in general and in light of the "Covid-19" crisis in particular, through an approach that aims to search for an actual partner who contributes to achieve profits and adopts the same goals instead of seeking to find a financial resource within a borrowing relationship and pay off. In this paper, we will present at first, the most important past and current business support programs in order to shed light on the importance of engaging the participative bank in Morocco in these programs as a supplement to the conventional one in the current stage and as an alternative to them later, thanks to their important characteristics of partnership and their reliance on sharing profit and loss by adopting the two sharing modes, speculation and the exclusion of the interest rates system. In the same context, this paper is clarifying the role of participative bank in managing financial crises and keeping the wheel of the economy turning round.
