Abstract

: The aim of this study is to explore the effect of business intelligence on supply chain performance Alban Al-youm Company. The descriptive analytical method was used for the purpose of this study, in which data were collected via a questionnaire distributed to a sample of managers selected from all management levels. a total of 100 questionnaires were distributed and 78 questionnaires were returned valid. The results indicate that there was a statistically significant effect of business intelligence on supply chain performance. Moreover, the results, underline that the dimensions, i.e., technology, people and strategic alignment, of business intelligence had a statistically significant effect on supply chain performance. Based on these results, it was recommended that the management is called to reinforce the advantages of business intelligence system to enhance the performance of its supply chain.
