Abstract
This study dealt with leadership strategies and their impact on achieving competitive advantage in private universities in the state of Khartoum. The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and the research followed the descriptive and analytical approach to analyze the data. The research concluded several results, including: The adoption of the philosophy of continuous improvement by Sudanese private universities does not contribute to the required level in developing the performance of the faculty due to the absence of clear plans and the lack of a sufficient number of qualified faculty members, and there is aid and support from the higher management for continuous improvement, which Contribute to the development of the curriculum. The research recommended the need to pay attention to the philosophy of continuous improvement in order to develop the performance of faculty members and educate workers about its importance to attract and appoint a sufficient and qualified number of faculty members in order to achieve continuous improvement of educational services.
