The Effectiveness of the Administrative Skills of Educational Leadership in the Success of the Educational Process in Primary Schools in Mecca Region

Abstract
This study aimed at identifying the school principal's level of applying the administrative skills of educational leadership in his administrative actions and decisions, determining the administrative skills of the educational leadership of the school principal in the primary stage, knowing the impact of the effectiveness of the administrative skills of educational leadership in the educative and educational process with regard to work pressures, data management, and change management. It revealed whether there are statistically significant differences in the level of primary school principals applying the administrative skills of educational leadership according to their academic qualifications. The researcher reached several findings including: administrative skills among educational leadership related to time management that were used by headmasters including supervising school assembly, the starting and ending of work hours, and administrative skills among educational leadership related to change management that were used by headmasters including initiations and proposals for mind motivation to students. Headmasters also practiced administrative skills related to teachers' suggestions reflecting deep communication between teachers and schools which lead to success of educational process. Educational leadership also practice administrative skills related to meetings management clearly manifested in writing down the decisions issued in the meeting minute. The researcher recommended the necessity to maintain administrative skills among educational leadership such as time management, change management, communication management, meetings management, and work pressure management skills for their role in the success of educational process.
