Abstract
Objectives: The study aimed to explore the role of educational science programs in promoting educational values from the students' perspective. Methods: The descriptive method was used to achieve the study objectives, and a questionnaire was employed as the study tool. The questionnaire consisted of indicators of educational values within main domains: social values, scientific values, professional and occupational values. After ensuring their psychometric properties, the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (144) male and female students. Results: The results revealed that the role of the educational science college in promoting educational values was significant across all domains. Statistically significant differences were found in the domains of scientific values and professional and occupational values in favor of special education. Additionally, statistically significant differences were found in the domain of social values in favor of second-year students. Conclusions: The study recommended enhancing the educational science college programs with a balanced educational values system, as well as conducting a study on the role of the university and its various colleges in promoting educational values among students.
