Abstract
Objectives: The study aims to identify the reality of the e-learning experience at Palestine Technical University Kadoorie at the Faculty of Arts and Education from the students' perspective in emergency situations. Methods: The descriptive-analytical approach was used to meet the study's aims, and the study sample included (150) male and female students. The researchers developed a questionnaire with 49 items to collect data, which they then distributed to the study population at the institution for the academic year (2024-2023). Results: The study's findings reveal that the total degree is at a medium level, with an arithmetic mean (3.11) and a standard deviation (0.61). There are no significant differences in the total degree and all fields according to the variables (gender, academic year, specialization, and place of residence). Conclusions: Among the research's most important recommendations are: providing and improving Internet service, developing Internet infrastructure, rehabilitating and training academic staff as one of the elements of academic quality through holding specialized training courses in this field, and providing electrical transformers that work in the event of a power outage, and providing a better environment for e-learning at the University by increasing devices and enhancing infrastructure.
