Abstract
Objectives: The study aimed to assess the reality of organizational loyalty in early childhood schools Al Madinah Al Munawara at early childhood stage, by activating organizational loyalty so that you can identify early childhood schools in Al Madinah Al Munawara. Methods: A survey-based approach was used, and the study did not verify the construction of the questionnaire to read the data. The sample consisted of 120 teachers from comprehensive kindergarten schools in the city. Results: The results of the study showed the following: The reality of organizational loyalty in early childhood schools in Al Madinah Al Munawara was perceived to be high by the female teachers in the sample. There was a consensus among the teachers on the importance of proposals to activate organizational loyalty to achieve competitive advantage in early childhood schools in Medina. This consensus suggests an increased awareness of the significance of such proposals to activate organizational loyalty to achieve competitive advantage in early childhood schools in Medina. Conclusions: The study recommended implementing training courses to improve teacher performance and foster professional growth, and emphasized the need for incentives that promote the concept of loyalty among teachers.
