Building The Student Leader’s Personality ‏(A Field Study on Female Students in Al-Jawf)

Abstract
Objectives: The current study aimed to identify the role of extracurricular activities in building the personality of the student leader (a field study on female students in the Al-Jawf region). Methods: The descriptive approach was used, the study sample consisted of 263 female students from the Al-Jawf region, who were selected randomly. The study tool was the leadership personality scale. Results: The results showed that extracurricular activities have a major role in building the student leader’s personality. Conclusions: In light of the results reached, the study recommended increasing schools’ interest in extracurricular activities, ensuring their diversity to suit the inclinations and abilities of female students, and continuous evaluation of extracurricular activities and involving female students in them.
