Abstract
Objectives: The study aimed to identify mechanisms for improving the educational environment that stimulate creativity and innovation among Saudi youth in the Northern Border and Hail regions, focusing on the educational staff, curriculum, educational policies, and educational resources. Methods: The study employed a descriptive-analytical method and used a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection based on a five-point Likert scale, which includes: strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree, and strongly disagree. Results: The study concluded with several findings, the most notable was the availability level of mechanisms for improving the educational environment that stimulates creativity and innovation among Saudi youth in the Northern Border and Hail regions in relation to the educational staff, curriculum, educational policies, and educational resources; it was rated as "high." The study highlighted the need for the educational staff to adopt more policies that contribute to developing curricula associated with stimulating creativity and innovation among youth, and to promote collaborative work among students. Conclusions: The study recommended several actions, including enhancing creative thinking and design in curricula, encouraging critical and analytical thinking among Saudi youth in the Northern Border and Hail regions, and employing project-based learning and innovative solutions to address real-world problems and implement creative projects.
