Effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Program in Improving Visual Attention in Pupils with Learning Difficulties in Primary School

Abstract
The research aimed at finding out the effectiveness of a behavioral cognitive program in improving attention among pupils with learning disabilities in primary schools in Al-Ras Province in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researchers used the experimental method. The total number of the sample is twenty students; a ten- sessions program has been implemented, and a prior, ongoing and post assessment have been conducted. The findings of the research emphasized the effectiveness of the behavior cognitive program based in improving attention among pupils with learning disabilities in primary schools. There are significant differences in the Attention Deficit Disorder Test between home and school images in prior and post measurements in favor of the post. There are no differences between post and ongoing-measurements of the Attention Deficit Disorder in the image of home as well as that of school.
