Organizational Excellence among the Female Schools Leaders of Al -baha Governorate from Teacher’s Point of View

Abstract
This study aimed to identifying the degree of organizational excellence among the female Schools Leaders of Al-baha governorate from teacher’s point of view.The researcher used descriptive approach. The study population consisted of (4146) teachers. The study sample consisted of (345) female teachers from Al baha schools for the academic year 1437/1438, they were selected in random stratified. A questionnaire consisting of (50) items ,distributed to five domains was used to collect the data .The results showed that the degree of organizational excellence among the female school leaders is high with mean of (3.54), and there were significant differences in the level of significance(α = 0.05) in the degree of responses of the study sample due to the variable of the educational level in favor intermediate level, also there were significant differences due to the variable of qualification in favor of graduate studies ,While there is statistically significant no differences due to the variable of training courses. The researcher recommends a number of recommendations, including: the need to encourage female school leaders to preserve organizational excellence in order to improve the quality of the educational product.
