Abstract
The research aimed to explore the impacts of test time on estimations of items aspects in context with Item Response Theory, and Classical Theory. Where a multi choice test of (28) items was constructed. Three test images were formed, varying in response time. Were applied sample of students. Then analyzed .The results showed that there is concordance of Theories on the existence statistically significant differences in the average of the estimation of discrimination Coefficient and the accuracy of the difficulty coefficient. As the results of the M-tests showed differences between the reliability coefficients of the three images. Also, the ratio between two theories in the classification of items based on the characteristics of difficulty and discrimination in the images respectively 89%, 96% and 68%. As research results, we recommend test time to be carefully selected as its impaction on test characteristics, items and estimation accuracy.
