Abstract
The objective of the study is to present a proposed strategy for the application of talent management to achieve the quality of services in the education departments in Qassim region by determining the level of service quality in its five dimensions (physical and tangible dimension, reliability, responsiveness, emphasis dimension, empathy) The study used a descriptive analytical method, and the questionnaire was used as a tool. The study included a random sample of department managers, department heads and supervisors. The results of the study showed many results, the most important of which were the low level of service quality and the availability of talent management application requirements. The study presented a proposed strategy for the application of talent management to achieve the quality of services in the education departments in Qassim.
