Abstract
The study aimed at Identify the level of organizational support that is understood in the general education schools in the governorate of Adham, and the level of organizational commitment of the teachers from their point of view, As well as to find out if there is a significant correlation between the level of organizational support and the level of organizational commitment of teachers of general education schools in, And the detection of differences of statistical significance between the average responses of teachers on their assessment of the level of organizational support perceived in their schools, and the level of their organizational commitment, which is due to the different personal variables(Qualification, years of experience). The study sample was selected in a comprehensive statistical manner, with 32% of the study population The most important study results: The level of organized organizational support in the general education schools in the governorate of A'mad has reached (significant) degree from their point of view. There is a correlation (positive) medium value and statistical significance at the level of significance (0.01) between the perceived organizational support and the level of organizational commitment of the teachers of general education schools in the province of Adam. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) among the average responses of teachers about the level of the perceived organizational support of the teachers of the general education schools in the governorate of Adham due to the different variables of the study.
