Abstract

This study examines the extent to which the management of excellence at Prince Sattam University has been implemented and aims to create a comprehensive vision in the light of which appropriate administrative decisions can be taken to enhance performance and maximize the benefits of all parties involved in universities. The efficiency of universities, and review the entrances and bases and obstacles to achieve the administrative excellence of these universities in an effort to develop features on the application of the Department of Excellence at the University of Prince Sattam bin Abdul Aziz, taking advantage of models of excellence global, regional and local. The study followed the analytical and statistical descriptive approach by SPSS. To evaluate the study hypotheses, there are many necessary elements for the application of excellence management at Prince Sattam bin Abdul Aziz University. The study concluded that the application of excellence management is more than a necessity for Prince Sattam bin Abdul Aziz University to enhance its capabilities and ensure its survival in a competitive environment characterized by many challenges and obstacles. Sattam bin Abdul Aziz, to contribute to the achievement of the university goals outlined within the strategic plan of the University.
