Abstract
The study aimed to identify the reality of preparing a Family Education teacher in light of the 2030 Saudi Arabia Vision, in addition to building a proposed conception for preparing a family education teacher, and the study used the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (169) teachers from schools in the city of Hail, on whom a questionnaire was applied. (14) Paragraph, The study concluded that the arithmetic average of the reality of preparing the family education teacher was (3.39), and with a percentage (68%), it fell to a moderate degree, and the results showed that there were no differences between the responses of family education teachers to the reality of their preparation due to the scientific qualification variable and the experience variable in Education, and in light of the reality of preparing a family education teacher, and by referring to the literature on the topic and depending on the vision 2030, the researcher constructed a proposed conception for the preparation of the family education teacher, and the proposed vision included the principles, objectives, and requirements for achieving it, in addition to the steps for its implementation. To set criteria for selecting family education teachers in light of the requirements of teaching strategies and in accordance with the requirements of the educational philosophy in the Kingdom related to the preparation process, and also recommended the development of training and preparation methods prevailing in the Kingdom's schools in line with Vision 2030.
